Our Process
Our four-part admissions process makes enrollment as easy as possible! We work with you to go over everything you should expect so that there are absolutely no surprises down the line. You can rest assured knowing your child's education is in great hands!
Tell Us Your Story
When you call us or fill out a form on our website, you will be speaking with our founder, Megan Smones. Megan will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the program and take the time to understand your child's story. Together, you will evaluate if Elite Private Teachers is a good fit for your child and family.

Meet and Greet
If you think we may be a good fit, you’ll set up a Meet and Greet session. During this time, Megan will learn more about what brings your family to Elite Private Teachers as well as your educational goals.

Receive an Offer
If your family and Megan agree that Elite Private Teachers would be a good fit, your child will complete an intake to assess current levels and needs. A customized program will be designed and students will be paired with a teacher. This begins the registration process.

Enroll
Once enrolled, a customized schedule will be built for your child and a start date will be determined.
